Due to the depletion of soil that most americans are deficient in key vitamins and minerals, especially iodine, B12, zinc, magnesium, and many more. In my opinion, you need a quality supplement provider to be in optimal shape!
Just keep in mind that I am not a doctor. This is just what has worked for me! And I think I look pretty good!
I try to source my supplements from both high quality places but also places which have a spiritual purity/alignment to them. For example, the Liver King speaks truthfully about certain things but he is spiritually corrupted so I would not entangle my energy with his brand.
This is why I choose is Isagenix. While Isagenix is definitely not the cheapest, I feel the difference when taking their products vs. lower quality ones. I even made a excel file comparing their top competitors so you can see how much better their protein powder is! (Check out this post on energetic food problems and how Isagenix has helped my coach Etienne.)
As a plus, it also tastes GREAT! My favorite is the Strawberry Cream. And let’s face it; the most important thing is whether I’m going to be excited to have my protein shake in the morning! Otherwise, its basically torture in exchange for health!
I must admit – I’ve had resistance towards network marketing, but as my mentor pointed out, why not give money to people you know when buying products you love? You’re going to buy the best products for yourself anyways – so I’m just here telling you what my favorites are and why! If you like em, hey, let’s help each other!
How Did Food Get So Bad?
Here is a basic look at soil depletion. There are many better resources out there, but this is at least an introduction.
As I’m writing this, I’ve realized that it isn’t really on me to show how we are systemically deficient in most vitamins and minerals. It’s something for you to research more; all the answers are out there. I think even the two things I’ve posted above are enough to get started.
