Below you will find what I have called the wellness chart. What it does is help you identify where you are and therefore what you need in order to move along your own path. It is based on my life experiences and is not guaranteed to suit you, however I believe that anyone can find value in this chart. Technically, mind, body, and spirit can all be worked on at the same time, however I think it is generally easier to start with the simple things such as getting some high quality supplements and cleansing the body then move on.
‘Wellness’ for anyone is a process. For me, I see it more as a journey into endless growth of consciousness. I think that this chart can be a baseline of starting that journey, by creating a baseline wellness in the mind, body, and spirit.
